Ingredients:


1 cup dry red wine

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons dijon mustard

1 piece bay leaf -- crushed

1/4 teaspoon thyme

2 pounds sirloin steak
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except meat. Marinate meat several hours. Broil or grill as desired, brushing frequently with marinade. 6 servings
