1/2 pound boneless beef sirloin
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons crushed red chiles

Preparation / Directions:

place beef in freezer until firm slice, across the grain, into paper-thin strips combine beef with liquid smoke, soy sauce, and sugar-mix well cover and chill for 2-24 hours remove from marinade and drain well sprinkle with crushed chiles place onto a rack in a roasting pan roast @ 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes remove from heat, cool cover and chill for 30-60 minutes arrange onto a serving platter garnish as desired serve slightly chilled
