Juicy Chicken Balls

Ingredients:

1 pound hamburger
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
1 cup oatmeal
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix ingredients together and chill 30 minuts. Form into balls. Roll in flour and brown on all sides. Cover with 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted). Simmer for 20 minutes.
