Hot Pepper Pie

Ingredients:


1 medium Onion -- diced

1 can tomato paste or puree

1 pint hot peppers

1 crust ingredients far 1 -- (9 inch) double crust

---pie

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute onion in fat. Add ground beef, salt and pepper; brown. Add tomato paste, rinsing can with little water. Simmer until meat is tender. Add peppers; continue to simmer until mixture is fairly thick. Place in pastry; bake at 375F for 40 minutes
