Hamburger Pie

1 pound ground beef
1 medium Onion -- chopped
1 can green beans -- drained
1 can tomato soup -- undiluted
1 spray non stick cooking spray -- or grease
1 package mashed potatoes -- prepared

Preparation / Directions:

Brown 1 lbs. burger with 1 chopped onion. Drain. In a bowl, combine burger, 1 can of drained green beans( I like to use the smaller cut, not french cut), 1 can undiluted tomato soup. Mix well. Spray a casserole dish with pam or grease. Add burger mixture. Top with prepared mashed potatoes ( works really good with leftovers). Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly on the sides. To make-a-head, I assemble, leaving off potatoes. Thaw overnight, spread with mashed potatoes and bake as directed above.
