1 1/2 pound lean ground beef....ground turkey can be used if needed
2 cloves garlic minced
1 large yellow or white onion minced finely
1 pound elbow macaroni
1 large family or
3 can tomato soup
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

Preparation / Directions:

In a skillet, saute the onions and garlic in a little butter or oil until they are translucent. Add ground beef and brown. While the beef is browing, boil the water for the macaroni and make that to package directions. When ground beef in done, drain any fat and return to the skillet. Add tomato soup and heat through....do not add water....When pasta is done, drain it and then mix the soup/meat mixture together. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Add a salad and a bit of garlic bread and you have a good meal...
