Enchiladas

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef -- browned
1 jar salsa -- add to ground beef
1 package corn tortillas -- softened in hot oil
2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans green chiles
12 ounces american cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 packages green onion soup mix
 

Preparation / Directions:

In the microwave, melt together milk chiles, cheese, soup and soup mix. Set aside. Roll tortillas with ground beef mixture, and place in 9 x 13 pan. Pour melted mixture over rolled tortilla's. Top with shredded cheese if desired. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. This makes 2 pans. Eat one and freeze the other for late
