Ingredients:

2 pounds skirt steak
8 ounces light rum
18 ounces crab boil seasoning
12 tortillas flour tortilla
 

Preparation / Directions:

Pour rum and crab boil over meat cover and chill for 4-24 hours remove from marinade grill over a very hot fire, for 3-5 minutes per side remove from grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes slice across the grain, into thin strips serve with heated tortillas
