Ingredients:

5 Pounds brisket -- trimmed and will fit into pot
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Package onion soup mix
1 Cup water to cover
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 Clove garlic -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:

Trim fat off brisket as well as you can. Place in crockpot, cover with soups, seasonings and measured water just to cover all. Cook on HIGH until it starts to bubble (30 minutes to 1 hour). Turn to LOW and cook 6-8 hours or until meat sticks tender with a fork.
