Beef Spinach Cake

Ingredients:


1 Pound frozen spinach or 1 pound fresh spinach chopped

4 large eggs

1 Pound ground beef

1 dash nutmeg

2 Tablespoons butter

1 Teaspoon salt

1/2 Cup water

1/2 Cup cheddar cheese grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Prepare spinach. Place ground beef in saucepan with salt and butter. Cook about 10 minutes or until well browned. Drain well . Beat eggs with a little nutmeg, add to ground beef. Add spinach and cheese, mix all togheter. Butter a 9inch round casserole pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Add mixture and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
