1/4 cup sherry
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons catsup
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1 dashes garlic powder
1 pound boneless sirloin steak -- cut into 1-inch cubes

Preparation / Directions:

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large shallow dish. Add steak; cover and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade. Thread steak on 7-inch skewers. Grill 5 minutes on each side over medium coals or until desired degree of doneness, basting with marinade.
