4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 pound sirloin steak
2 medium carrots
2 pieces fresh ginger
1 medium green pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup water

Preparation / Directions:

Mix together vegetable oil, ginger, soy sauce and pepper in mixing bowl. Add steak strips to bowl. Toss well. Let marinate. Lay 4 attached sheets of good quality paper towels on counter. Divide them into 2 pieces so each one has 2 connecting sheets. Divide carrots and peppers between the 2 sets of paper towels. Lay vegetables directly on perforations. Lift meat from marinade and divide equally, placing on top of vegetables. Sprinkle ginger and garlic evenly over each. Fold paper towels over food. Fold ends over to make enclosed packets. Put both packets, perforated sides up on microwave safe plate or tray. Sprinkle some water over ea. Microwave on high about 6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve Immediately. No pans to clean-up!! Approximately 8-10 minutes.
