Marinated Bean Salad - 2

Ingredients:


-----marinade-----

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup vinegar

2/3 cup oil

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 cloves garlic -- minced

-----salad items-----

14 ounces yellow beans

14 ounces green beans -- drained

19 ounces kidney beans -- drained

14 ounces lima beans -- drained

19 ounces chick peas -- drained

1 medium green pepper -- cut fine

1 medium red pepper -- cut fine

1 medium Spanish onion
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix the marinade items and shake well. Then add the drained beans and the finely cut up ingredients to the marinade. Let stand in the fridge for a day or two before using.
