Black Beans Cuban-Style

Ingredients:


2 cans black beans -- (15 oz. each)

1 medium onion

1 medium green bell pepper

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; sauté in a little of the bean liquid until soft. Add beans with remaining liquid. Add dry spices. Simmer 15-30 minutes. Add vinegar just before serving. Source: From the 'Bean Bonanza
