Ingredients:


16 ounces wax beans

16 ounces green beans

15 1/2 ounces kidney beans

1/2 cup onion -- chopped

1/2 cup green pepper -- chopped

1/4 cup wine vinegar

1/4 cup oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Drain beans. Mix beans, onion, and pepper in bowl. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar in separate bowl and pour over beans. Let sit 24 hours.
