Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients:


1/4 cup Sliced green onions

2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoon Lemon juice

2 teaspoon Olive oil

3/4 teaspoon Ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Ground coriander

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

2 cup Seeded chopped plum tomato

2 pint Chick peas drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine dressing ingredients. Fold in vegetables, stir gently. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
