Zesty Butter Beans

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons green peppers chopped
2 tablespoons onion chopped
1 tablespoons margarine
1/2 Can condensed tomato soup (10 3/4 oz.)
2 tablespoons water
16 ounces butter beans drained
1 1/2 Teaspoons brown sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon prepared mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:

In saucepan cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer a few minutes to blend flavors. Stir occasionally.
