1 gallon water add:
1 Pound hamburger...browned and drained well
1 Can tomato paste -- (12 ounce)
2 Cans chili beans
1 medium Onion diced
1 medium green pepper diced
1 medium banana pepper diced
1 Tablespoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 Tablespoon add any other vegetable or spices that you like

Preparation / Directions:

Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with lots of water or beer.
