Fried String Beans

Ingredients:

1 pound string beans
1 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:

Parboil string beans 10 minutes and drain well. Give a light sprinkle of flour. Fry in olive oil until crisp and golden brown. Serve hot.
