Pumpkin Bars

4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
16 ounces pumpkin
3/4 cup butter
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation / Directions:

In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, butter, and pumpkin until well blended. In another bowl, stir dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to moist mixture and blend together well. Spread evenly in a jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Frost. Enjoy!
