Preparation / Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 7 x 11 inch pan. Mix muffin mixes and soft butter together with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle half of crumb mixture (1 1/2 cup) in bottom of prepared pan. Press until firm. Spread strawberry jam over crumb crust to cover. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over jam, press gently and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until lightly brown. Remove from oven, loosen sides with a knife. Cut into bars carefully while hot. Let cool in pan completely before removing from pan.
