No Bake Rocky Road Bars

1/2 cup butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter
4 cups crispy rice cereal
3 cups miniature marshmallows

Preparation / Directions:

In dutch oven combine butter, chocolate, and butterscotch chips. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted, about 4 to 6 minutes. Stir in peanut butter until well mixed. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and marshmallows. Press on bottom of buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Cut into bars. Store refrigerated. Makes 3 dozen bars.
