Graham Cracker Bars

2 sticks melted butter
1 large Egg slightly beaten
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup coconut
1 package graham crackers with 1 cup finely
--- crushed graham crackers bring first four ingredients to a boil. -- stirring cook one minute, constantly. add walnuts, coconut and crushed graham crackers.
---spray 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. line bottom with whole graham crackers. spread evenly with filling. top with another layer of graham crackers.
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tablespoon evaporated milk.

Preparation / Directions:

Combine until smooth and spread evenly on crackers. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Keep refrigerated or freeze.
