Preparation / Directions:
Combine flour, oats 3/4 cup brown sugar and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Set aside 1and1/2 cups of the crumb mixture. Press the remaining crumbs on the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add sweet condensed milk and beat until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and spread over crust. Combine remaining brown sugar, and cornstarch. Stir in cranberries and spread on top of last layer. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool and serve. Keep leftovers in refrigerator.
