Coconut Candy Bars

Ingredients:

4 ounces semisweet chocolate
1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs -- well beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 2/3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
---coconut mixture
14 ounces coconut -- (5 1/3 cups coconut)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
---ganache
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
 

Preparation / Directions:

Melt chocolate and margarine. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and dry ingredients. Stir in water and mix until smooth. Bake 20 minutes 350 degrees. top with coconut mixture and bake until firm. Cool and top with ganache.
