2 medium pork roasts 4 pound
2 cups water
3 medium onions sliced
4 cups barbeque sauce
6 whole cloves
1 large onion chopped

Preparation / Directions:

Place half of the first measure of onions on the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the meat, cloves, water and the remainder of the first measure of onions.

Cover. Cook on LOW for 8 to 12 hours. Take the meat from the slow cooker.

Remove all the bones and fat from the meat. Return the meat to the slow cooker. Add the second measure of onion and the barbecue sauce. Cover.

Cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, stirring two or three times while cooking. Serve directly from the slow cooker onto large buns.
