Oven Barbecued Chicken Quarters

Ingredients:


1 cup chili sauce

4 whole broiler-fryer legs (thigh and drumstick) skin removed -- (about 2 pounds)

2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

1 teaspoon liquid red pepper seasoning
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and red pepper seasoning. Add chicken; turn to coat well, cover. Chill 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil. Place chicken in pan; reserve sauce. Bake 1 hour, basting several times with sauce, or until chicken is tender.
