3 pounds boneless stewing beef, cubed
1/4 pound margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 slices lemon
2 medium onions
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup catsup
2 cups water or beef broth

Preparation / Directions:

Cook beef; combine butter, sugar, vinegar, lemon, onions, and mustard in broth. Cook 20 minutes or until onions are done. Add beef, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, and salt to taste. Let simmer 40 minutes.
