Ingredients:

1 bunch smoked clams -- minced
1/2 pound cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 dash nuoc nam
1 medium roasted red chile pepper -- minced
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix cream cheese with milk to get "dip" consistency. Mix in remaining ingredients.
