Tea Smoked Cheese

1/3 cup long-grain rice
2 tablespoons loose black tea
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 pound soft cheese
1 package toasted baguette or crackers

Preparation / Directions:

Place cheese in small shallow baking dish. Smoke 8-10 minutes for soft cheeses, 12-15 for firm. Cheese should be very soft, almost melted.
