Ingredients:

2 cup salt
4 cup dark brown sugar
2 cup cumin, ground
2 cup black pepper, freshly ground
2 cup chili powder
4 cup paprika
1 cup cayenne (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine ingredients and store in an air-tight container. Apply rub to ribs and leave in refrigerator of several hours to overnight.
