Ingredients:


12 ounces canned tomatoes

2 cups water

6 ounces tomato paste

2 medium dried chile peppers

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons chili powder

2 medium juice of two lemons

1/4 cup wine vinegar

2 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

2 tablespoons black pepper

1 medium Onion -- chopped

1 clove garlic

2 pieces bay leaves

1/2 pound butter

2 teaspoons dry mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Simmer all 30 minutes. Strain and cool.
