10 ounces tomato puree
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup molasses
2 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
5 medium Chile de Arbol pods, de-stemmed, de-seeded, and freshly ground
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds, freshly ground or 1/4 Tsp ground cumin from a jar
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Combine the above ingredients, except salt andblack pepper, into a non-reactive sauce pan. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Bringthe contents of the pan to a boil. Simmer at theloweset heat setting, stirring periodically forapproximately 20 minutes.
