Mustard Barbecue Sauce - 1

1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup minced onion
3 medium jalapeno peppers -- minced
1 cup yellow mustard
1 cup deli mustard
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 ounce molasses
1/2 teaspoon salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Preparation / Directions:

Mix the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cook on low heat until the onions are tender and the mixture thickens. Yield: 5 cups Recipe Courtesy of Jack McDavid, Chef/Owner Jack's Firehouse, Philadelphia, P
