6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 clove garlic chopped in small pieces
1 dash salt and pepper

Preparation / Directions:

You mix up all the ingredients and let them to rest for 10 minutes, then you add to your favorite salad, especially if it has lettuce, avocado, onion, olives and tomato
