Ingredients:

1 package frozen artichoke hearts -- (9 oz.)
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 clove garlic -- minced
1/2 pound bacon -- (slices)
 

Preparation / Directions:

Simmer frozen artichoke hearts in chicken broth with the garlic until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain. When cool enough to handle, wrap in thinly cut bacon and secure with a toothpick. Broil until bacon is crisp, and serve warm. Alternatively, wrap in prosciutto and serve cold.
