Stuffed shrimp crab cakes

This recipe is great for first dates. Seafood is the way to a man heart. Or just for a weekend with friends.
 

Ingredients:


2 packages crab meat

1 package mini shrimp

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons flour (optional) if you like the breaded taste

1 tablespoons old bay seasoning

1/2 stick Butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Empty the crab meat, shrimp, eggs, old bay seasoning and flour into a large bowl. mix all ingrediants together. Use whatever can kind of measuring tool you like depending on the size you want the crab cakes. Use your hands to pat the meat down. But, not to flat. Place it in oil turn occassionally. When brown remove from oil.
