Roast pumpkin and sour cram


1 crust Pizza base
1 small golden nugget pumpkin
2 Tablespoons sour cream
1 cup parmisan and mozeralla cheese
1 cup tomato paste

Preparation / Directions:

cut the pumpkin into thin slices and roast for 40 mins. cover the base in tomato paste and a bit of parmisan. put on the slices of pumpkin and dab on the sour cram then put on as much mozerella and parmisan as you like and cook for 20 mins at 220 celsius.


Nutritional Information:

this pizza is not as fattening because of the low fat mozerella and the parmisan, instead of cheddar cheese.
