1 package refrigerated french bread dough -- 11 ounces
3 medium plum tomatoes -- sliced
1 small zucchini -- sliced
8 ounces mozzarella cheese sliced
1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves -- snipped *or*
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic -- pressed

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 375*F. Lightly spray bread pan and bake according to package directions. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely. Cut into 1/4-inch thick slices; place on round pan. Increase oven temperature to 425*F. Slice tomatoes, zucchini and cheese; snip basil. In bowl, combine basil and mayonnaise. Press garlic into bowl; spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture over each bread slice. Top each piece with zucchini, tomato, and cheese slices. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
