Ingredients:


2 whole egs

3/4 cup ice water

1 cup flour

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 cup minced parsley

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 clove garlic -- crushed

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon oregano
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients and set aside. Wash, cut, dry vegetables. Heat 3" vegetable at 365 degrees. Dip vegetables one at a time in the batter and drop in hot oil, cook 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on a rack and keep warm in oven till ready to serve.
