1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup butter
3 teaspoons Dijon or Deli mustard
8 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled
16 slices white bread -- crusts removed

Preparation / Directions:

In a medium bowl combine the cheese, butter, and mustard. Stir in the bacon. Spread the mixture evenly on the bread slices, roll each up and secure with toothpicks. Arrange the rolls in a broiler pan. Place under a preheated broiler and toast until golden brown on both sides. Makes 16 servings.
