8 Slices French Bread
125 Grams Butter
1 Clove Garlic -- crushed
5 milliliter Mild Prepared Mustard
25 milliliter Chopped Parsley
15 milliliter Chopped Capers
4 Slices Thinly Sliced Ham Or Prosciutto
8 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation / Directions:

Cut breag in 15mm slices. Brush with olive oil on both sides. Place on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius until lightly brown. remove from oven. Mix butter with garlic, mustard, parsley and capers. Spread over one side of each crostini. Cut rounds of ham or prociutto and place on buttered side. Cover with sliced mozzarella. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
