Cranberry Meatballs - Braums

Ingredients:


---MEATBALLS---

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1/2 pound braums sausage

2 large braums eggs

2 slices bruams bread -- crumbled

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 medium onion -- chopped

1/3 cup braums ketchup

6 tablespoons parsley -- chopped, divided

---SAUCE---

16 ounces whole cranberry sauce

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


To make the meatballs: Heat oven to 350. Mix beef, sausage, eggs, crumbled bread, garlic powder, onion, ketchup and 4 tablespoons choped parsley and blend well in large bowl. Form into small balls and place inot large baking pan with sides. To make sauce: Mix cranberry sauce, chili suave, brown sugar, lemon juice, rosemary and remaining 2 tablespoons chopped parsely. Heat in a saucepan over low heat until cranberry sauce melts. Pour over raw meatballs and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve in a chafing dish with cocktail toothpicks.
