Cheese Straws

4 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons sour cream

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 425. In bowl of food processor place butter, flour, mustard and cayenne. Process for a few seconds until well mixed. Add cheese and sour cream. Pulse to form a ball of dough. Pat dough out onto ungreased baking sheet, about 1/8" thick. Cut into long strips. Bake about 6 minutes, until golden. Be careful not to burn. They cook very fast!!! Let cool. Break apart and serve. Approximately 6-8 minutes.
