Brie Appetizer Round

Ingredients:


2 1/2 pounds round -- (2 1/2 lb.) fully ripened brie

1 cup pecans -- coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons brown sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Remove rind from top of cheese, cutting to within 1/4 inch of outside edges. Place cheese on an ungreased baking sheet, and arrange pecans over top. Sprinkle with sugar. Broil 8 inches from heat for 3-5 minutes or until sugar and cheese are bubbly . Serve hot with crackers.
