Bleu Cheese Balls

8 Ounces Cream cheese softened
2 Ounces Bleu cheese
3 Tablespoons Chopped celery
1/4 Cup Chopped onion
2 Tablespoons Dried parsley
2 Tablespoons Dried chives (optional)
1 Cup Chopped pecans or walnuts for rolling

Preparation / Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth; form into balls.

2. Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts.

3. Chill in the refrigerator until Firm and serve.
