Demystifying Olive Oil Glorifying Red Palm Oil



Olive oil does not have a high content of Vitamin E Tocotrienols, a more potent antioxidant than tocopherols.

Tocotrienols are naturally present in palm oil extracted from palm fruits. Red Palm Oil has more antioxidants, tocopherols and tocotrienols than any other oil--olive oil, corn oil, soyabean oil, safflower oil and sunflower oil.

It is also the riches source of carotenoids which may enhance the immune system. No other oil contains a significant amount of carotenes.

It remains stable unlike olive oil when used in cooking.

There are more than 142 nutritional studies--mostly conducted by American, European and Australian institutions-- touting the benefits of palm oil.
