Galia melon, this is a new kind of melon. But not so new. This is cross between honeydew and a cantaloupe melon. It has light green meat inside like honeydew melon. This has it's own wonderful Taste like honeydew and the sweetness of a cantaloupe and it is juicy than honeydew and cantaloupe. When you buy this melon it should be orangish in color, and both its ends should have a little give to them when you press with your thumb.
