Venison Cutlets Milanese

Ingredients:


1 Cup Flour season it with 1/4 tsp garlic powder-1/4 tsp salp- 1/4 tsp Black pepper-

2 large Eggs beaten

1 medium Lemon wedges

1/4 cup Peanut or Vegetable oil to fry

1 1/2 Cups Seasoned bread crumbs

1 1/4 pounds Venison cutlets 1/4 inch thick
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat up frying pan to 350-365 degrees Dredge cutlets in seasoned flour and then into beaten eggs, then into bread crumbs- Coat well Place into hot oil, cook one minute each side. Place onto a platter with some paper toweling to absorb any extra oli. Serve hot, squeeze some fresh lemon juice or a few drops of you favorite hot sauce on them and eat. DO NOT OVERCOOK- Venison best served medium to rare
