potato puffs

Ingredients:


1/2 cup sifted flour

1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

---Add and mix

1 cup Mashed Potatoes**

1 large egg slightly beaten

1 teaspoon minced parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


**The potatoes should be soft and at room temperature. If they are not add a little hot milk or water and beat. Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat heated to 365andº. Fry to a golden brown. Drain on paper towelling.
